General Surgeon Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my surgical experience, there are many reasons for left groin pain of your wife with normal CT scan as
- gravels in urinary system - irritation from underlying stent - muscular
spasm - intestine colic - others .

I would like to evaluate in person with physical examination for further clarity of the issue and handle in that way accordingly to cure at earliest.

Thank you.
Regards.
