What causes groin area, stomach and thigh lumps with redness?

my 4 year old daughter has small red bumps around her groin area, with a few on her stomach and a few on her upper thighs. they are raised with redness surrounding them. they dont seem to bother her, and dont itch. we ve been applying hydrocordisone to them, but they seem to stay the same. what could this be

This can be Miliaria, hidradenitis or hair root infection. For confirmation, we need to have a direct inspection or a picture at least. Kindly discuss with your doctor.
