What Causes Groin And Testicles Burning Sensations With Hands And Feet Burning?

Hi! I am a 59 old male and have been having a hot and burning sensation in my groin and testicles whenever I drive or sit in an auto for long as well as burning on hands and feet for three months now. I get relief when I change into night clothes till morning. No burning while urinating but increased urgency and irritation when bladder is full. Urine Culture and PSA are normal but I am a boderline diabetic. Consulted a urologist and he did a physical examination and he said it was Prostatitis and took Levoquin antibiotic for a month but the symptoms persisit. Pls advise.

1.In your case with your history it suggest me some vascular pathology giving you such symptoms.
2.I would recommend you to get a doppler study of bilateral lower limb - that will gives the status of the vessels and blood supply.
3.Similar symptoms are seen when reduced blood supply.
4.Other cause could be degenerative disc disease in the spine causing the nerve compression and above symptoms.
5.Scrotal / testicles feeling could be reactionary - but to clear your mind and any possible cause - a scrotal ultrasound will help to get proper information.
6. Suggest to get and appointment and get the needful investigations and treated accordingly. Good luck.
