What Causes Greyish Vomit In Children?

My 12 year old daughter has vomitted a couple of times and it's just an odd greyish color. She was really sick a week and a half ago with 101.5-102 temperature for a week. She to zithromax and began to feel slightly better. She has now had a low-grade fever for the past two days and is nauseous. Any ideas why her vomit would be greyish and should I be alarmed. As a mother of three, and a past daycare provider I've never seen this color vomit before. Thanks.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, color and consistency of vomiting could be due to diet taken but it should not be happening every time when patient vomits if this is so then vomiting material need to be sent for lab test.
History of fever could be due to viral infection and it may take few days till then it is advisable to get done the routine blood test and urine test, along with the live function test.
It is nothing to worry about the color of vomit, still if need to clear the doubt then the only option is to get done the lab test of vomit.
