What Causes Greenish Tongue And Stools?

I had a green tongue one morning,I don't have a cold or sore throat.I did go for a colonoscopy and have been experiencing abnormal symptoms, greennish colour, rruns or constipation verry gasy & bloaded. My Dr did give me some antibiotics for it to try instead of making me go through alot of tests.

It did help but I have noticed some more discolouration lately again what do you recomend I do? And what does it mean? Thank you for taking my ?'s
