What Causes Green Stools With Small Worm When Suffering From Coeliac Disease?
Hey, I'm a 15 year old boy and have recently been on a school trip. I went to the toilet and had green stools with small worm like things in. I suffer from coeliac disease and have not been keeping to my diet while on my school trip, I also have an ulcer in my mouth. This might just be a random occur arcane though.

with regards to your stool color it may be due to
candida infection or ova / parasites like warm.
You need to start treatment with albendazole for warm infection.
with regards to your coeliac disease you need to star again your diet without gluten.
