What Causes Green Stools In Infants?

Hi, My son is 8 months old and he is teething (upper), he is having loose motion for one week now, we took some antibiotics and Lactobacillus spores, but still he is having the problem, now he is having greeny watery stool and fever, kindly suggest me the best remedy for this

I really appreciate your concern, eruption of tooth and the diarrhea are nothing to take anything with each other, it is just coincidence, such diarrhea are nonspecific may not need any treatment, if the antibiotic being given then it may cause more diarrhea, green stool could be due to lack of food, try to feed the child, semi solid food will be okay and it is nothing to worry, passing of the stool three to four time in day is normal one hope this information helps.
