General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your child seem to be related to gastroenteritis.

I suggest giving him Tylenol for the fever and also probiotics.

I also suggest to give him liquids.

If the symptoms continue I suggto do a stool test to check for a bacterial infection.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
