What Causes Green Colored Stool In An Infant?
My daughter is 5 month 8 days old(6kg ) ..We hv just started weaning in the form of boilled rice water...Since then couple of days she had green colour watery stool 5-6 times/ 1st day , then it gradually decreased but colour remained the same greenish..she had no fever or foul smelling stool ; no c/o crying or irritability.What u would suggest?

Your child's weight seems good. If you have been breastfeeding her, you should continue doing it.
Probably your child's green stool might be caused by the change you made to her normal feeding.
Avoid giving her cow’s milk, because is a frequent cause of green stools.
If she continues eating normally, gains weight or she doesn't cry, there is nothing to worry about.
