What Causes Green Color Sputum And Body Aches After Fever?
i have had a fever of 101 for 3 days havent been able to talk, not because its painful but because when i try to talk nothing comes out, i cough up neon green mucus, have body achs and pains and am extremly tired. my chest feels heavy and i havent had much of an appitite .

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of green color sputum and body aches after fever which could be due to infection either by viral or bacterial microorganism. You seems to have developed upper respiratory tract infection.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Take combination of anti-inflammatory medication Cetirizine along with proper course of antibiotics such as Azithromycin.
- Take painkiller such as Ibuprofen if bodyache is severe.
- Avoid intake of outside food.
- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Do tepid sponging as well if fever increases.
Visit ENT specialist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and get it examined. Get blood tests done along with sputum test.
