What Causes Granulomatous Lymphadenitis?

Hello Sir, My brother has been diagnosed to have Suggestive of Granulomatous Lymphadenitis through FNAC. What is the exact way to determine the cause of that granulomatous lymphadenitis, Are there any exact tests to determine the cause? Please also suggest the Treatment.

Hello,

Chronic granulomatous disease an inherited immune system disorder that occurs when a type of white blood cell (phagocytes) that usually helps your body fight infections doesn't work properly.

Consequently, the phagocytes can't protect your body from bacterial and fungal infections.

Excision biopsy after an FNAC test is confirmatory. The treatment depends on the causative agent and may include antimicrobial therapy, excision or chemotherapy, and radiation.
