Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear madam I understand your concern.
During pregnancy time to feed your baby the body will change the hormones in favor of baby to deliver more glucose to baby.
In some individuals who are having mild insulin resistance, this changes will lead to imbalance of hormones and lead to raise of sugars.
But nothing to worry about this gestational diabetes will become normal after delivery.
but its very important to control your sugars during pregnancy for a healthy child.
uncontrolled sugars during pregnancy will lead to more weight gain in baby and difficulty in normal delivery.

I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
Otherwise please accept & rate my answer. I will appreciate your review about my answer.
Best Regards.
