Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The cause of geographic tongue may be Genetic predisposition, stress, exessive consumption of processed foods, citrous fruits and spicy foods.
Deficiency of vitamins, hormonal disturbance and allergy.
Topically applied steroids, mouth rinse with anaesthetics and zinc suppliments may help.
Avoid spicy foods an nuts.
The problem is benign, not transmiited to others and females suffer 3 times more than males
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
