What Causes Genital Itching And Abdominal Cramps?

I recently had unprotected oral sex. The guy swears down he's NEVER had unprotected sex and there's absolutely no chance of having an std, however about 3 weeks later I developed bad genital itching (which thrush cream took away) very occasional lower abdominal cramps and I noticed a strange black spot on my labia minora. I've never noticed the spot before but it may have always been there. Should I be worried?

thank you for query.The size,texture,duration of the spot is not clear.It can be as simple as a Naevus, minor traumatic bruise etc.It is always better to get it checked if the size increases, change in texture,change in color or associated with any symptoms like itching,pain,ulceration etc.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.
