What Causes Gastrointestinal Bleeding?

I am taking three different blood pressure medicine for my blood pressure, I am so tired I can t hardly function. I January 28th, I had a aneurism on the right side . I was rushed to the hospital for a scan, which it was a brain bleed. I am currently taking Metoprolol Tartrate 25mg twice a day, Amlodipine Besylate 2.5 mg one a day, Losartan Potassium 100mg one a day. In February 5th, I had a GI Bleed, The Dr. s still doesn t know where the blood was coming from. Does any of the medicine I am taking cause these type of problems??

generally bleeding is due to duodenal ulcer and taking analgesic in empty stomach. the present drugs are not related to GI bleeding
