What Causes Gastritis,discomfort While Passing Stool And Pale Stool?

8 years ago, I had my son natural which gave me a tear from front to anus. I had mesh surgery as well as on the sphincter muscles. EVERYthing I eat bothers me , even when I don t eat, such as drinking a lot of water. Consistently gassy , no control on holding the gas in. Feces will sit in my colon , and I feel it at the edge. Most times I dig out pastey stool which is small / formed. Symptoms are much worse the week leading up to my menstrual cycle. my OBGYN dr hasn t gave me a clear cure or reasoning for this.

Hello,

You are suffering from gastritis pale stool and discomfort on passing stool. You are suffering from constipation, your bowel movement is not normal and hence you are having to dig stool out. Take high fiber diet, adequate water and stay active. Do walking regularly in the morning and evening for better bowel movement. Take adequate amount of fluids, take laxatives or stool softeners. Constipation triggers gastritis and discomfort.

Take PPIs, one SOS when needed to get rid of gastric pain. Antacids may also be helpful. Red meat causes constipation, do not take red meat instead prefer to take lean meat and small fishes. Avoid food that causes acidity or gastritis. Do not skip meals. Take small portion of food 4-5 times a day. Do not take alcohol or addictions if any. Switch to healthy lifestyle.
