General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Hyperacidity causing the burning sensation in gastric region, chest discomfort and may also cause the bad breath, looking to given symptoms here it could be the Helicobacter Pylori, condition can be managed with H. Pylori kit tablet on a tentative basis or it can be tested for final confirmation of infection, till then I would suggest continuing Omeprazole with Domperidone once in day for five weeks, avoid taking spicy food, heavy meal, coffee, smoking, alcohol prior to bed, avoid taking, garlic, onion in diet, I would even suggest you see the dentist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
