What Causes Gas Like Pain In Stomach?

I went to the hospital this earlier this week and was told I had stomach flu I didn't want to eat anything because it just made my stomach hurt even more. The next day my stomach was as upset so I tried to eat and ended up balled up on my bed. Now its gotten to a point rather I eat or not it still hurts. It feels like gas but its not

Hello,

Probably you are suffering from post-food poisoning or gastroenteritis bloating of the stomach. It may be due to altered gut flora, or lack of sufficient we Nunes and spasmodic contractions of bowels lead to pain.

Drink plenty of liquids, avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking. Use tablet Sporlac twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
