Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern I would explain that your condition may be produced by some gastric flatulence, or symptomatic irritable bowel syndrome. Certain foods, and psychological stress may be a reason. Nevertheless a cardiologist visit is never excessive, especially when dealing with a hypertensive patient.
Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
