hi i keep gettin a funny smell/taste in my nose and somtimes preasure i dont no how to explain the smell its like when your just getting over a bad cold or just getting one and you get a funny smell/taste in your noise as well as preasure in your nose and head

The funny smell you feel in cold is called parosmia and this is perfectly normal is it is only temporary and transient.
If however it is permanent then you can try a course of antihistamine like levocetrizine and this will help
In any case if this persists then you must get a CT PNS and get back to me or any ENT with the reports
