What Causes Full Feeling In The Upper Abdominal Area?

I have a very full feeling in the upper abdomen but more in the middle of my chest. After eating if I exercise much at all my heart starts racing and I feel pressure in this area. I have recently had a stress test (normal) and they put a light down my esophagus (all normal). I am getting a little concerned as the feeling of fullness after eating is quite uncomfortable.

You might be suffering from gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD). In this, the contents of the stomach come back into the esophagus. There are several causes of GERD. One possible reason has to do with the muscle at the bottom of the esophagus. Normally, this muscle closes to keep food and stomach acid from coming back up the esophagus. In some people with GERD, this muscle does not always work right. GERD often causes heartburn, a burning feeling in the chest and throat.
Another possibility is hiatus hernia.
Hiatus hernia is a protrusion of any abdominal structure other than the esophagus into the thoracic cavity through a widening of the hiatus of the diaphragm. Acid is allowed to reflux back into the esophagus causing GERD. Other symptoms are dull chest pain, shortness of breath, and palpitations due to irritation of vagus nerve.
Advice
1.     Omeprazole 20 mg per oral empty stomach in the morning for 15 days
2.     Domperidone 10 mg per oral when you feel nausea and fullness
3.     Avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy food, and non-steroidal pain killer for few days
4.     Avoid eating 3 hours before lying down
5.     Raise the head of your bed
6.     Investigation
a.     Barium meal X – ray
Thanks
