What Causes Frequent Yawning?

Hi, I yawn at different times of the day. When I start I can't stop. I will definitely yawn nonstop when I exercise even if it is just walking on the treadmill. I have had my heart checked out and I was told that it is fine. Can you give me any suggestions on how to make out stop.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello and thank you for aksing HCM,

I understand your concern since it is affecting your daily life. My suggestion is to check up your blood, perhaps you are anemic. Anemia can lead to chronic tiredness. Your anemia can be due to iron defficiency but also due to vitamin B defficiency.
You should also chek up your blodd pressure, because low blood pressure also leads to tiredness.
Drink also a lot of fluids 1 - 1,5 L per day. Avoid heavy food and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. You can also try to take vitamin supplements.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
