What Causes Frequent Vomiting And Diarrhea In A Toddler?

My 3 year old has been throwing up for the past week. Watery stools soon follow the bout of vomiting. Its not all day. Mainly in the morning and at night but in between she is fine. No fever and well she is sleeping more than usual she plays just fine. Normal tummy bug or shpuld I get her checked out? Strong smelling farts as well.(Have not been concerned because throwing up has always been an issue, doctors can not figure out why. But she has never thrown up this many days in a row)

Hello,

Please get the stool examination of child along with ultrasound abdomen to rule out any gut infection or gross abdomen pathology. Decrease dairy products to see the effect on child problem as it may be lactose intolerance. And take your child to a pediatrician as he will examine child to see any problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
