What Causes Frequent Vomiting And Diarrhea In A Heart Patient?

my great grand daughter was born with half a heart she has had 2 open heart surgeries and will have to have another in a year but right now she has been having problems with her bowels they have been giving her miralax all her life but that has gotten where it don t work good and now she is throwing up then she ll be ok thing throw up the next day she has been taking an antibiotic could you possibly help me to understand what may be going on
