What Causes Frequent Urination?

Hi I am having frequent urination since last 5 months at night it's more some times I am not able to sleep .... Little bit chest uneasiness also comes .... I want to know how to cure this ... ? Is cranberry juice lemon juice helpful in curing urine disorder....

As per your complain you have problem of frequent urination problem.

Do a urine test to check out any urinary tract infection present or not..
Bladder stone or prostate hyperplasia or kidney infection may lead to frequent urination.
Diabetes insipidus may rule out.
Injury to bladder or irritation may cause frequent urination problem.
Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
