What Causes Frequent Urination?

Hi, for the last 3-4 days I have been urinating every 2-3 hours, noy everytime but most of the time. I had first responder traing for the last 3 days and was encourages to drink more fluids, I had my blood sugar test a little less than 2 months ago, and everything was normal...I was wondering what it could possibly be?

narrowing of urethra , calculus in urinary tract or other etiology to be
