I ve noticed these past three days I have had to urinate ore frequently then usual and it s a lot more then I have been drinking. This sudden excess in urination is annoying me and make me worried since I feel I haven t even drank enough liquids to keep up with the fluids that are coming out of me. Any ideas?

Hello,

The excess anxiety also can lead such problem.

So kindly mention any stressful events history if present.

You can rule out diabetes by random blood sugar estimation for primary work up.

Urine routine microscopic examination should be done to check for any presence of pus cells if present to rule out UTI.

Hope I have answered your question.
