General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I see that you have already taken treatment for the symptoms.

I recommend to do a urine culture to take proper treatment of antibiotics.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
