Hi, I am 28 years old, my weight is 195 lbs. From 1 month I facing problem with frequently urinating. whem I drink water with in 30 mints I am getting pee. Every day 8 pm I am going to gym after that I drink 2 to 3 ltrs of water so I cant sleep until 12 mid night with urinating problem.
As per my surgical experience, the frequent urination can be from various possible issues as - urinary tract infection - calculus in the urinary system - non bacterial cystitis - sexually transmitted infection association - diabetes - others
You require a workup with detailed history, physical examination, series of lab tests, ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis to find out the cause of your condition and treat accordingly with your physician.
Till that time, restriction of water intake is the only solution for such an episode in a transient way.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
