Hello dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* The cause of not feeling the urge of urination is in concern with the
sensory mechanisms involving the bladder contractions which means
neurological component .

* Needs thorough clinical work up with ultrasound , laboratory tests ,
uroflowmetry , CT IVP with or without MRI reports for the diagnosis .

Hope this clears your doubts .
