What Causes Frequent Urination?

hello I not sure why I keep going to the bathroom. I haven't increase my drinking habits. I've noticed a huge increase within the last week. I'm a very healthy never had any health problems in my life time . I'm 32 years old 5'7'' and currently 187 pounds. What is going on with me ?

1.urine tested for any infection and sugar.
2.blood sugar fasting and postprandial.
Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration till the reports arrive.
