What Causes Frequent Urination, Fever And Pain In The Back?

I AM 72 YEARS MALE HAVING DIABETES AND HYPERTENSION. I HAD URINE URGENCY, FEVER, BACK PAIN. MY URINE CULTURE SHOW NO BACTERIA FOUND. PUS CELLS 4-5/hpf AND EPITHELIAL CELLS 1-2 /HPF. AND PRESENCE OF ALBUMIN . THE CBC SHOWS HIGH WBC AND RDW-CV? PLEASE SUGGEST

Urine Urgency could be due to Urine Infection , Uncontrolled Diabetes or Prostatic Enlargement . Since your Urine Culture shows no bacterial growth , urine infection is ruled . SO we are left with Uncontrolled Diabetes or Prostatic Enlargement.
I advise you to get your blood sugars tested and if high ask your doctor to adjust the dosage of Diabetic medications. Also get Ultrasound Abdomen Pelvis done to see if you have any prostatic Enlargement .

High WBC means infection but I need to know how high it is . Kindly upload the report .
