What Causes Frequent Urination, Blood In Urine And Abdominal Tightness?

Hi I have the urge to urinate however every time I go there is only dribbles. Sounds like a urine infection as I ve had a few. Only this time I was on the toiled and blood poured from me for a couple of seconds. I ve been experiencing severe stomach pains and tightenings. What is wrong with me?

You haven't mentioned your sex but I'm going to assume you're a female because of frequent uti.
Now you're presenting with complains of urgency and dribbling Urine. I'm suspecting stricture urethra here which explains the blood in urine as well. Now you need to visit a urologist for this.

Also you should get an ultrasound scanning of your abdomen and pelvis done because the strictures doesn't explain your abdomen pain and spasms.
However you can take an antispasmodic such as
Tab. Meftal spas twice daily for three to five days
