What Causes Frequent Urination And Urine Leakage To A 12 Year Old?

My daughter has been complaining that she constantly has to go to the bathroom and it has been going on for a long time. She also said sometimes a drop of urine will leak. When she has the urge and then she goes she said only a little bit of urine comes out. She is only 12. Do you know what this is?

Hello dear, welcome to health care magic forum.
This can be due to an urinary tract infection. After confirming the diagnosis with urine test, this can be treated with antibiotics like cefixime or cotrimoxazol for a few days.Kindly see your doctor for correct diagnosis and treatment.Meanwhile, ask her to take enough oral fluids.
Hope you will find this answer useful. Thank you.
