What Causes Frequent Urination And Slow Urine Stream?

My father had an enlarged prostate and ended with a catheter which caused periodic infections. I do not want to find myself in that position although I have problems with frequent urination plus a restricted urethra which makes urination very slow. No sign of cancer as per PSA results plus periodic rectal exams and I am 75 years old. I take a lot of supplements such as saw palmetto and other combinations of ingredients in various prostate formulations but still have the problem. What else can I do to help my situation? My e-mail address is YYYY@YYYY .
