Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I have read your question completely and understand your concerns.

Your frequent urination could be due to urinary tract infection which is quite common in females. Your other symptoms of feeling cold, excessive sleeping, loss of appetite, unable to tolerate meat products could still be due to the infection in your body.

For a urinary tract infection, you could either take Trimethoprim 200 mg twice a day for 3 days or Nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice a day for 3-5 days (provided you are not pregnant and not allergic to these medications). As both of these are antibiotics and prescription only medication, I would advise you to see your doctor. Please drink lot of water to flush the infection away.

If after treatment you are still experiencing the symptoms of sleepyness, cold intolerance, then you could ask you doctor to run a few blood tests to rule out thyroid problems, anemia etc.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you

Regards
