What Causes Frequent Urination And Nocturnal Penile Tumescence?

I m 63 years old and I have noticed that my trips have been growing in frequency each week. I m wondering what I should be looking at? I also have noted for about the last 6-8 months I no longer wake up with an erection. My erections have not been very hard when I rarely do have one . . . . sex is now non-existent. I m wondering if the two are related? If not, what should I be looking at? My average B/P is approximately 105/60 (with medication). Michael

Consult a urologist and get evaluated. It’s a non specific symptom and most of the cases resolve spontaneously without treatment.
