Hi,

You are still having pain during micturition. So persistent urinary tract infection could be possibility. I suggest you investigate with urine routine microscopic examination and urine culture report to guide you further.

According to the culture report antibiotic course prescribed. Maintain hydration with lots of water. Avoid excess spicy foods intake.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
