The symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of urinary tract infection(UTI)and a urinary calculi(renal stones). It needs to be thoroughly because blood in urine can be an early sign of many serious diseases. I suggest you to consult a general physician and get the following things done:- (1)- A urine routine examination followed by a urine culture to look for any infection along your urinary tract. (2)-An ultrasound off abdomen and pelvis may be needed to rule out renal stones. (3)-Check your blood sugar level to rule out diabetes which also cause frequent urination. If a diagnosis of UTI is made it can be well managed by antibiotic therapy and paracetamol. If the scan detect a possible renal stone you have to consult a urologist and treatment might be surgical or nonsurgical depending upon the size of the stone. Take lot of oral fluids.
