Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of
urinary tract infection(UTI)and a urinary calculi(
renal stones). It needs to be thoroughly because blood in urine can be an early sign of many serious diseases.
I suggest you to consult a general physician and get the following things done:-
(1)- A urine routine examination followed by a urine culture to look for any infection along your urinary tract.
(2)-An ultrasound off abdomen and pelvis may be needed to rule out renal stones.
(3)-Check your blood sugar level to rule out diabetes which also cause
frequent urination.
If a diagnosis of UTI is made it can be well managed by antibiotic therapy and
paracetamol. If the scan detect a possible renal stone you have to
consult a urologist and treatment might be surgical or nonsurgical depending upon the size of the stone.
Take lot of oral fluids. Avoid foods that precipitate renal stones as tomato, red meat and cheese.,
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
