What Causes Frequent Urination And Abdominal Pain?

My name is Charles. I can urinate more frequently than usual. When I am in a car I pee after every ten minutes. If I try to hold myself I gets very painful. I sometimes feel burning in my penis tube. When I want to pee under my abdomen will be very painful.

Charles I think you have long standing Urinary tract infection now. Most commonly it is an ascending infection. Your symptom of burning during urination supports this. If you get you Urine routine and microscopy done it will surely show pus cells.

Norfloxacin 500 mg twice a day for 5 days is the treatment you need if you are not resistant to -floxacin or Sulphonamide group of drugs. Also remember to drink a lot of water to flush out any debris.
