What Causes Frequent Urination And PSA Level Of 29?

hi doctor,

i have 34 years old , i experience erectile dysfunction , no ejaculation , my spa level is 29 , i go to the toilet 5 to 6 times a day , i dont wake up at night to piss, no blood in urine nor semen does this mean that i have prostate cancer ???

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A PSA level of 29 is very much suggestive of prostate cancer.
Frequent urination is possible due to prostatic enlargement.
I suggest you to consult an urologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Prostatic ultrasound and digital examination of the organ is required.
In case the prostatic gland is enlarged, biopsy from the prostate gland is required to assess the status of prostatic glands.
