First I thought it was a unary tract infection but I went for check up and the result come negative with regards to the UTI test..the doc also perform series of test to check whether the problem has to do with any STD in my system and all all proved negative.. Then he did a prostate scan and I was told it was an enlargement.. This appeared abit strange and worrying to me because at this tender age I least expected this kind of problem..I was given some medication.. I Took it and I felt some relief jus about two weeks and the symptoms came back...all the medication I have taken has proven futile.. All the symptoms point to a UTI Sir. There is simply some infection in the urinary tract . The urine routine and microscopy that was done may not have shown pus cells then as they may have been masked by any antibiotics even a single dose, you had taken before giving the sample.
And Prostate is part of Urinary tract. If you have Prostatitis or Prostatism, that is burning sensation, frequency and slight pain at the end of urine, caused by any procedure like massage at the under portion of your scrotum and the skin behind-the perineum region, it will manifest as frequency . Sometimes it happens also after a sexual intercourse and even masturbation.
If you were my patient I will first reassure you that there's nothing to panic. I would just give you any -floxacin group of antibiotics like Norfloxacin for 5-7 days ,that percolates the prostatic blood vessels well and encourage you to drink more water and maintain good hygiene out there. But since it is a prescription drug you have to get one from you GP and you will be alright.
Godspeed.
