What Causes Frequent Urination After Menstruation?

I just had my period on the first of this month. Since I woke up today I have been peeing literally every minute. I ll pee then go downstairs , then have to run back up and I pee very little. When I do , I will whipe and it will be pinkish on the toilet paper but fine in the toilet. What can be the possibilities and how can I treat it?
