Norfloxacin, Ticarcillin or Clavulanate; meropenem in ESBL producing Klebsiella the choice of which is depending upon clinical severity with temperature spikes, burning symptoms, total WBC counts, culture sensitivity, and IV versus oral need is also decided by the clinician expertise
• Citrus fruits, vitamin C supplements, anti-inflammatory agents, urinary alkalizes, antioxidant molecules have supportive role
• Avoid smoking/alcohol strictly
• Avoid any sex activities
• Remain ambulatory with normal exercises to get faster recovery
