Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This indicates urinary infection with Klebsiella (gram negative anaerobic bacteria)

Treatment guidelines include:
• Plenty of liquids orally as possible
• Strict control of blood sugar levels
• Many antibiotics of different groups as Ampicillin or Sulbactam, Piperacillin or Tazobactam, Ceftazidime, Moxifloxacin, Cefepime, Norfloxacin, Ticarcillin or Clavulanate; meropenem in ESBL producing Klebsiella the choice of which is depending upon clinical severity with temperature spikes, burning symptoms, total WBC counts, culture sensitivity, and IV versus oral need is also decided by the clinician expertise
• Citrus fruits, vitamin C supplements, anti-inflammatory agents, urinary alkalizes, antioxidant molecules have supportive role
• Avoid smoking/alcohol strictly
• Avoid any sex activities
• Remain ambulatory with normal exercises to get faster recovery

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
