What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate With Only Little Urine Output?

I ve been smoking weed for about 2 years and one night I smoked and my balls were aching and I had to pee really bad and when I went to pee I couldn t it took like 1-2 minutes before I started and anytime I smoke it aches and I had on off aches even when I didn t smoke, and I d pee a lot during the day and sometimes I d pee really small amount as at a time but it felt like I had to pee really bad, I took some antibiotics a month s supply and I haven t smoked for a few weeks and everything is getting better I probably ache once a day for probably 20 minutes but when I take my mind off of it the aching goes away and I ll take tylenol or sometimes or it won t ache at all I have no pain when ejaculating so I figured it must be a Urinary tract infection or a verocele vein being clogged but I ve never had a doctor examine me

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have benign prostatic hyperplasia with or without prostatitis. Frequent urination with very little urine output is common in BPH. You should go for ultrasound abdomen, per rectal examination and serum PSA level. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Alpha blocker like tamsulosin and finasteride are useful in benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
