What Causes Frequent Urge To Pass Stools With Weight Loss And Fatigue?

I have been ill for 2 years on and off been and had test done all that nothing they say they trying to look for the problem I haven t got worse in them months for example losing dreadful amout of weight and still eating normal back pain All the time I feel like I need to go to poo all the time but when I go I don t feel like I have empyt my stomach I am sweating I feel very sleepy but in the day can u help me

Regarding your experience with lower back pain with associated urge to stool fatigue and weight loss I am suggesting that you have developed the following differential diagnosis

Lumber spondylitis
Spondylolisthesis
Spinal cord stenosis
Myopathy
Spinal cord compression
Transverse myelitis
SLE
Migrating arthritis

In view of this please do the following test
Lumber x-ray
MRI
SERUM ELECTROLYTES
SERUM creatine kinase
ESR
C-REACTIVE PROTEIN
ANA electrophoresis

Meanwhile reschedule an appointment with an orthopaedic specialist for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
