What Causes Frequent Staph Infections?

I keep getting staph infections and take citalopram, could this cause an allergic skin reaction, this has been going on for 8 years now.. I get bumps and when I pick them, it gets worse, they go away and keep coming back even after I stop picking, I am overweight also, could this contribute to getting staph infections??? I have been to an infectious disease specialist before, and they said it was not an infectious disease, I have done mupirocin, hibiclens , some bleach baths and it still comes back.

Hi.
As per your case history of recurrent staphylococcus infection.
My treatment advice is -
1. Use potassium permanganate in water for bathing.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on lesions.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and rifampicin given only after consulting a dermatologist.
