What Causes Frequent Numbness In Hands While Sleeping, Driving, Holding Above Heart?
My hands get numb often, It Happens while I m sleeping. I sleep with hands above my heart sometimes under my head. It also happens while I m driving with hands on steering wheel. They will get numb just by holding above my heart. I m really concerned. What is probable cause and remedy for this?

In my opinion you need to perform a cervical CT scan as i suspect cervical spondylosis which explain increased pain while sleeping
