Good evening Dr , I have Severe fibromyalgia throughout my whole body it s even in my muscles I ve been suffering for approximately 13 years although I ve been able to tolerate it it s at its worst ever I m completely bedridden I feel my muscles and bones are weak where I cannot walk I m having a hard time eating in fact I am throwing up very frequently over this past summer I had an issue where I almost died because my intestines where enlarged and exploded for no reason I m very concerned because I m so weak I m getting frequent nosebleeds the depression is beyond I m a single mom and quite frankly scared to go back into the hospital I m also having a tremendous amount of headaches I ve always suffering with migraines but now these are just headaches that won t go away I m not a person that just takes medicine because the doctors told me 13 years ago I was supposed to have a permanent morphine drip and I don t have one of those so that tells you that I m not a person that believes in that that I am a fighter but I fear I have no more fight in me I have not left my bed and I am so weak it s like I have no strength and I have I know my body I know there s something internally wrong with me here is a list of my symptoms constant headaches nose bleeds cramped legs so bad that they re charlie horses complete numbness and tingles in my hands arms legs shoulders feels like somebody is stabbing me throbbing I m having a hard time swallowing feels like there s something in my throat I m also frequently dizzy I thought it was because of the migraines but it s not I ve lost a lot of weight I lay down all day in the dark and I m constantly cold my hands are ice-cold and my feet are ice cold but it almost feels like internally I m very very hot.
