What Causes Frequent Nausea With Lightheadedness?

Hello, I started a CPAP machine twon nights ago, I am on 40 mg of Edarbi BP med. I have a fatty liver, MGUS (my IgG levels run high at 1700 range and IgG has been stable and going down in # some), I also have autoimmune disorder. Just not sure why I sometimes still feel mild nausea with mild lightheadedness, please share your thoughts and thanks in advance.

HI
Well come to HCM
If you have liver pathology then the chances of some hemodynamic system disturbances could be likely, this would be the first possibility and second would be blood pressure if you on antihypertensive medicine then this need to be properly adjusted for right dosages, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
